This is the primary method CRAM utilizes in resolving conflict. Mediations can occur between organizations and/or individuals. Any individual or organization in the Kirksville and surrounding communities may request a mediation. Typical mediations involve two disputants who have a mutual desire to work through their differences. CRAM's mediators participate in an introductory training, regular practice (mock) mediations, and advanced training sessions to ensure that they remain qualified for performing mediations.
